Equipped with a fleet of double-sided presses from 250KN to 6.000KN among the best on the market.
In addition to standard productions for third parties, new tools undergo rigorous inspections and real pre-series production recreating the same conditions in which the tool will be used later on. The department operates with a quality system certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
To complete the production cycle, we carry out assembly and finishing operations of stamped parts using dedicated automated machines, studied and realized by ourselves.
MECLOPRESS - QUALITY CONTROL
Operates with the most up-to-date equipment available on the market, such as 3D measurement system machines (optical and contact), electronic storage devices for the statistical process control, equipment to check the physical/mechanical characteristics of the materials and to verify surface treatments.
Quality controls during the whole production cycle guarantee products compliance with customer’s requests and full traceability of all the pieces we produce.
